We can secure a nice restaurant downtown or a more rural or suburban destination. DJJ has also held parties or events in places that are large, but less naturally inspiring, like a hotel ballroom. We can fix those up to look spectacular as well. Coordination of decorations or execution of the event’s theme helps to immediately set the tone for a successful program. DJJ also knows timeframes that are needed to book certain venues, or to give them a heads up. Special accommodations can be made for individuals that need it, and we can coordinate deposits and cleanup.
Promoting Your Event
Promotion of your company or organization’s event is of the utmost importance. DJJ Events knows that you have your hands full running a business, and that you want more than just your close contacts to attend a big event. Setting up the event itself can be as stressful as a wedding if you don’t use the proper company. At DJJ events, we can set up audio/ visual, decorations, table placement, and much more. We can hire a DJ, and after the party we can have tables broken down, complete the cleanup, etc.
